At St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS), we are always updating our services to improve the experience for our service users and their families and loved ones.
Inpatient and homecare services
Our inpatient services are provided in our three approved centres; St Patrick’s University Hospital, St Patrick’s, Lucan and Willow Grove Adolescent Unit. All inpatient services are operating in line with healthcare setting guidelines and infection control protocols.
Our homecare service is also available to service users, and provides the highest quality mental healthcare and one-to-one support remotely through daily or more frequent contact. All referrals to homecare will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in line with the individual needs of the service user referred.
Outpatient and day services
Our Dean Clinic appointments continue to be predominantly delivered through phone, video and online technologies. The majority of our day service programmes continue to be provided remotely using Microsoft Teams.
Visiting
Visiting is now open to our St Patrick’s University Hospital. Booking of visits through reception is no longer required; visiting hours are in line with pre-pandemic arrangements and can be found here. Visitors are limited to no more than two at a time and are asked to follow infection control measures throughout their visit.
