The Support and Information Service is a telephone and email service staffed by experienced mental health nurses from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with an answering and call-back facility outside hours.

Directions 

Rail information: Heuston Station is less than a five-minute walk from St Patrick’s University Hospital (SPUH).

Luas information: The red line Luas runs every five minutes from the city centre to SPUH. The journey is approximately five to 10 minutes from the city centre. You need to get off at the Heuston Station stop and SPUH is a short walk from there.

Bus information: Take the 13 | 123  to James' Street or the 25A | 25B | 66X | 67X | 79 | 79A to Heuston Station. From either of these locations, SPUH is a five to 10 minute walk.
