Inpatient hospital care

If you are experiencing a mental health difficulty, inpatient hospital care might be part of your recovery.

In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have introduced a homecare service, offering all the elements of our inpatient programmes, but provided to you remotely in your own home. We recommend this service while the outbreak is ongoing so as to ensure you receive the care you need, while we work together to stop the spread of the virus.

If your mental health need requires it, or if you are recommended for treatment which can only be delivered onsite, you may be staying in one of our three approved centres during this time. Where you stay depends on your individual care plan and your treatment needs.

Our three approved centres include St Patrick's University Hospital with 241 inpatient beds, St Patrick's, Lucan with 52 inpatient beds and Willow Grove Adolescent Unit with 14 inpatient beds.
