Walk in My Shoes Radio returns for a sixth year

Walk in My Shoes Radio (WIMS FM) is Ireland’s only pop-up radio station dedicated solely to promoting positive mental health.

Walk in My Shoes Radio returns for a sixth year

Broadcasting live from a studio in St Patrick's University Hospital, WIMS FM runs over 70 hours of content during World Mental Health Week every year. This year we’re back for a sixth year from 7 October to 11 October and listeners can tune in on FM radio across Ireland or online at walkinmyshoes.ie

WIMS FM aims to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health by opening conversations and encouraging listeners to take early action by seeking support and, where needed, professional advice.

The station always receives positive support from listeners, media and mental health partners, with a range of high-profile presenters and guests – from U2’s Adam Clayton and Bressie, to RTÉ’s Bláthnaid Treacy and Maia Dunphy - getting involved every year.
