St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) invites you to join Cistin as part of First Fortnight 2023.
First Fortnight is an annual arts and culture festival which challenges mental health prejudice and stigma.
We have partnered together to present Cistin, a celebration of music, poetry and hope, which takes place online from Monday, 6 February 2023 at 6pm.
Join us in our cistin – the Irish word for kitchen – for poems, songs and conversations to warm our hearts and souls on a wintery night. First Fortnight’s new General Manager, Grace Kelly, curates this online celebration of solace and hope in art. Special guests including musicians, storytellers and poets will be announced shortly.
Grab a cuppa, a blanket, a friend, and join us online for this heart-warming evening. Cistin will be available to watch on demand. Find out more about Cistin here.
We are also delighted to host a special screening of Cistin for our inpatient services users in St Patrick’s University Hospital. Information about the date and time of the screening will be available on wards and in our daily activity sheets for service users.
