Our Service Users and Supporters Council (SUAS) recently launched Here 4 U, an online peer support service for people with shared, lived experience of mental health difficulties.
Here 4 U is run both by and for our former service users, and is facilitated by trained volunteer peers to provide a friendly, safe place for people to come together and discuss their experiences.
This fourth session of Here 4 U takes place from 10am-11am on 4 February, with Mary and Maura hosting the session.
Please note that this is not a clinical service and does not provide therapy.
