Here 4 U is an online peer support service where people who have a shared experience of mental ill-health can support one another.
Developed by our Service Users and Supporters Council (SUAS), Here 4 U is run both by and for our former service users as a welcoming, friendly and safe place to come together. Sessions are facilitated by trained volunteer peers and offer the opportunity for you to discuss and exchange on your mental health recovery journey.
The third session of Here 4 U takes place on Monday, 1 February at 7pm, facilitated by Marian and Geraldine.
Please note that this is not a clinical service and does not provide therapy.
