You’re invited to join a networking session for the Women’s Mental Health Network (WMHN) on 9 July 2024.
The WMHN is a partnership between St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) and National Women’s Council (NWC) to bring together people and organisations interested in and advocating for women’s mental health.
Perinatal mental health relates to women’s mental health during the times of planning a pregnancy, being pregnant and up to a year after giving birth. On 9 July, the NWC is launching a report from a roundtable brought together in 2023 to discuss perinatal mental health in Ireland. The roundtable included a wide range of participants, including representatives from mental health services and advocacy groups; academics; Traveller women; migrant women; and women with lived experience of mental health difficulties.
Following the report launch, an engaging networking and discussion session of the WMHN will take place on this important topic.
You do not have to be a member of the WMHN to attend this event.
