Accessing older adult mental health services

If you are worried about your mental health or the mental health of an older person in your life, talking to someone is an important first step.

The experienced mental health nurses in our Support and Information Service can help with questions you have about mental health, treatment options and more. They are available between 9am and 5pm every Monday to Friday.

You can get in touch with the service by:

  1. calling 01 249 3333
  2. emailing
  3. using our online contact form.

If you get in touch outside of these hours and leave a message, the team will reply to you on the next working day.

You can also contact your GP who should have the information to refer you onto the appropriate services. If you are a GP, find out more about how to refer to our services here.

We provide information on accessing our services and guidance on health insurance here.
