How to access

If you are worried about your own mental health or that of a friend or relative, take the first step and talk to someone.

The Support & Information Service is a telephone and email service staffed by experienced mental health nurses 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with an answering and call-back facility outside hours. You can contact the Support & Information service by calling 01 249 3333, or if you would like to email your query to info@stpatsmail.com we will endeavor to get back to you within these hours.

You can also contact your GP who should have the information to refer you onto the appropriate services.

If you are a GP, find out more about how to make a referral in the GP and Referral section

If you have a question about health insurance, you can refer to the Health Insurance - Service User Information section.

Alternatively, your GP can directly refer you to the CBT Department for individual CBT without a formal psychiatric Dean Assessment. Find out more via direct referral to CBT.
