We are pleased to announce that St Patrick’s Mental Health Services has achieved the KeepWell Mark, Ibec's new evidence-based accreditation and award that recognises Irish employers for investing in workplace health and wellbeing.
The organisation underwent a comprehensive assessment in 2018 and obtained the award at the first time of asking. The KeepWell Mark confirms that we are on the right track to improving workplace wellness and in making St Patrick’s Mental Health Services a great place to work.
We are committed to staying on this journey and we have a very active Staff Wellness Committee in place to help ensure that we retain the KeepWell Mark into the future.
St Patrick’s Mental Health Services is the first hospital of any kind in the country to achieve the KeepWell Mark. We have also been nominated for the “Company of the Year” award in the large company category at the KeepWell Annual Awards 2019.
