If you are worried that you are going through psychosis or that you a friend or relative is experiencing symptoms, take the first step and talk to someone.
You can ask mental health questions or find out more about treatment options by talking to a mental health nurse in our Support and Information Service. You can get in touch with the service from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, if you leave a message, the team will come back to you on the next working day.
