Inpatient admission
If you are a GP or healthcare provider and you feel that your patient needs to come directly into hospital, you will need to send an eReferral electronically through Healthlink or your GP Practice IT Management System.
Alternatively, you can download and complete our adolescent or adult referral form. You can then:
- fax the completed form to 01 249 3609
- submit the form securely through Healthmail to referrals@stpatsmail.com.
When the assessment team receives this referral form, your patient will be contacted by a member of the assessment team to arrange admission.
For further enquiries, you can contact the Referrals and Assessment Service on 01 249 3635.
