How to access care and treatment

If you have questions about mental health, you can contact our phone and email service run by mental health nurses. The SUpport and Information Service is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an answering and callback facility outside of these hours.

You might also find it helpful to talk to your GP, who will be able to refer you onto the appropriate services. GPs can find out how to make a referral to our mental health services here.
