How to access

Are you worried about your mental health or that of a friend or family member? The first step to take is to talk to someone about your concerns.

Getting support

We have a team of mental health nurses who can advise you of your best options and give you reassurance.

Getting support

To get in touch with them, call our Support and Information Service on 01 249 333 or email info@stpatsmail.com. This service runs from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with answering and call-back facilities outside of these hours.

You can also speak to your GP, who should be able to give you more information and refer you to the supports or services you may need. If you are a GP, find out more about how to make a referral to St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) here.

Accessing programmes

You can find our range of programmes here. To take part in any of these programmes, you will need to be referred by either a health professional, such as a GP, or by your care team in SPMHS.

Most health insurance companies cover the cost of our programmes. Click here if you have questions about health insurance.
