Dean Clinic Sandyford

Adult and adolescent mental health services at the Dean Clinic Sandyford have relocated to Dublin 8.

Relocation of services

Relocation of services

From Tuesday, 6 April 2021, adult services previously running from the Dean Clinic Sandyford moved to the Dean Clinic St Patrick’s in Dublin 8. Meanwhile, adolescent services relocated to the new Adolescent Dean Clinic in St Patrick’s University Hospital (SPUH).

We would like to reassure all service users and their families that your clinician will not change because of this relocation, and the dates, times and formats for all booked appointments will remain in place.

The same services that were run from the Sandyford clinic will be available from both new locations, using person-centred assessment and therapy, as well individual and group programmes, such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, or occupational therapy. The new locations also host educational and mental health awareness groups, with psycho-therapeutic groups provided on an individual needs basis.

If you are attending the new Adolescent Dean Clinic, the clinic can be access through the main hospital entrance of SPUH. You can find directions to and information about parking, public transport and more for SPUH here
