In late 2016, St Patrick's Mental Health Services (SPMHS) became the first Irish hospital to engage with the National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) to begin a service-wide health literacy audit. Committed to promoting health literacy, we began implementation of the recommendations of this audit in 2018.
