Our former service users are invited to join in a new mental health peer support service established by our Service Users and Supporters Council (SUAS).
Launched in January 2021, Here 4 U is a free online peer-to-peer support service where people can come together and use their own experiences of mental health difficulties to help others.
Currently in its pilot phase, Here 4 U will first be run both by and for our former service users, with the aim of eventually extending the service to roll it out nationally to anyone who feels they could benefit from this type of support.
Marian and Geraldine, trained volunteer facilitators, will host this fifth session from 7pm to 8pm on 8 February.
Please note that this is not a clinical service and does not provide therapy.
