eReferral Guides for Socrates, Healthone and HPM - St Patrick's Mental Health Services

GPs can send online referrals directly from their practice management system to St Patrick's Mental Health Services. It is a secure and fast way to send referrals. A copy of the referral is automatically saved into the patients records on your GP Practice System and eliminates the problem of missing referral letters.

Online referrals are continuing to operate during the outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus: you can find out more about this here.

The following documents will guide you step-by-step  through the process of referring electronically to St Patrick's Mental Health Services through your own practice management software system.
