If you are a service user with St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS), our Service User IT Support (SUITS) service can help you to get set up with Your Portal or to access remote appointments.
What does SUITS do?
SUITS supports you with the registration process to use Your Portal and can answer queries or troubleshoot problems you may experience when you are using Your Portal.
The service also provides technical advice if you are using Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) to access our remote services and offers help if you experience issues when using the MS Teams application.
How do I contact SUITS?
You can call the SUITS service on 01 249 3629, or email your query to email@example.com. You can also use the contact form which will be available on this page from 29 June 2020 to make your support request.
The SUITS service is provided by members of our Digital Health team and is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Emails, voice messages or website requests received outside of these hours are reviewed on the morning of the next working day, and followed up within two working days.
When you get in touch with the team, please provide as much information as possible for your query. This can include the device you are using when trying to access your session (for example, an iPhone or iPad, Android device, Mac, PC or others), the web browser you are using (such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and others) or anything else that could be useful for the team to resolve the issue.
What kinds of queries does SUITS deal with?
SUITS only deals with technical queries and information support relating to Your Portal or access to MS Teams.
When you use the contact details for SUITS, your queries are directed to SUITS staff, not your clinician. We ask that you do not submit any queries about your medical condition or medication to the SUITS service.
The SUITS service cannot provide you with any clinical advice or help with any aspect of your care and treatment. If you have a mental health or medical query, please contact your clinical team.
How will SUITS use my information?
By requesting assistance from SUITS, you are agreeing for the SUITS service to contact you in order to provide support.
SUITS will delete any emails and voice messages collected during the team’s contact with you. This will happen after you have confirmed that your problem is resolved, when the team’s support is no longer required, or when the team confirms that it has taken all measures to resolve your problem without success.
