Registration for Your Portal is now available. St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) is the first health service in Ireland to provide this platform for service users.
Your Portal is designed to support your wellness and recovery by allowing you to monitor your care plan, and even share your records with anyone outside of your SPMHS team who is involved in your care.
You can:
- view your appointment details
- receive notifications from your care team
- complete forms which contribute to your care and treatment
- access links to other resources and websites which provide helpful information.
