The Addictions Service is designed to help individuals with alcohol dependence and /or substance abuse problems.
The aim of the addictions service is to match the individual needs of a person's recovery from alcohol and/or drugs with the right treatment.
Selecting a treatment centre is one of the most difficult decisions you may have to make in a lifetime. We hope we can offer you, your family/concerned significant person, a worthwhile and innovative treatment programme to help meet your needs.
At St Patrick’s Mental Health Services we provide outpatient, day, inpatient and aftercare services for addictions and dual diagnosis. The Temple Centre is our holistic treatment centre where users are provided with the appropriate level of care depending on the severity of their addiction and stage of recovery.
The cornerstone of our treatment approach is motivational, helping you find a path toward change you can truly embrace and providing the structure and tools to pursue that path.
The Temple Centre team is multidisciplinary consisting of Consultant Psychiatrists, Registrars, Nursing Staff, Counsellors, Social Workers, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists. Treatment needs are routinely evaluated by the team and collaborated with the service user from the point of entry to discharge from the service.
St Patrick's Mental Health Services and the Temple Centre have been accredited by the Mental Health Commission in Ireland, ensuring high standards in the delivery of mental health services.
